Mr. Tracy R. Sharpe is an expert rated, Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer who has been helping members of our community and beyond for over 35 years. Mr. Sharpe has extensive trial experience in Personal Injury actions of all types, including Wrongful Death, Intentional Torts, Bad Faith Insurance Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, and Products Liability. 

Tracy Sharpe’s Background

Mr. Sharpe was born in Atlanta, Georgia and was raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Here, he attended local schools and graduated from Forest Hill High School in 1973. In 1977, Mr. Sharpe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree with Honors from the University of Florida. In 1980, he earned a Juris Doctor degree and received a Certificate of Merit in the Public Defenders’ Clinic of Stetson University College of Law.

In 1981 Mr. Sharpe was admitted to the Florida Bar, admitted to practice before both the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, and the United States Federal Southern District of Florida. He has been a practicing member of the Trial Bar of the Southern District Court since 1983.

He is the founding Partner of Tracy R. Sharpe, P.A. and has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar since 1989.

Mr. Sharpe’s various community sponsorships and memberships include Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach, MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), F.L.A.G. (Florida Lawyers Action Group), E.A.G.L.E (Endowment for Academic Giving to Law and Education), Legal Aid Society, Safe Harbor Humane Society, Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, and a Palm Beach County Bar Association member and mentor (mentor duties include providing instruction and guidance to new attorneys).

The Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach has raised more than $1 million dollars to help support organizations within the community. Sharpe Trial Law of West Palm Beach is the presenting sponsor for the Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach Annual Fishing Tournament which benefits the Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach Scholarship Foundation and the ARC of Palm Beach County. Mr. Sharpe has been a Kiwanis member since 1981.

He has been a member of the Public Speaking Committee of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) since 1984.
